Keep your feet warm this winter with the Coghlan's Foot Warmer. It is designed to be used safely in your boots for over 4 hours. The sachet is easy to use and odorless. It is activated with contact with air.

Instructions
1. Remove from packaging
2. Squeeze the bag or shake it a few times until the contents begin to warm
3. Put under the foot on the outside of the stocking. Do not put on bare skin.
