Refund policy
Deadline for returns
You can return items within 30 days of the date they were shipped or collected from the store. Returns are made by Canada Post or directly on site in Trois-Rivières (by appointment). Additional time may be granted in the event of a significant delay on the part of the chosen carrier.
Return conditions
No return of merchandise will be credited unless previously agreed with Aux 2 Pecheurs.
All returns must be made within 30 days.

Items must be returned new, unused, with the original tag and packaging.

Additional charges may be required or the return refused in the event that the items or the original product packaging is damaged.

The following items are not refundable or exchangeable: Gift cards, perishable goods such as food, magazines, software, DVDs and other media. In addition, the return of dangerous or flammable, intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.

Final sale items (40% off and more), discontinued items or clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exceptions may apply. Contact us for more details.

Refunds for special order items (Ex. Brimbales with wire) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
Procedure for return by post
- Contact us
Contact us and explain the situation to us. We will find a solution or send you the details for the return.
- Repack your package
Return the item that is not suitable for you in the original packaging and then in the sealed box or shipping envelope.
- Affix the label to the package
Paste the return label or replace the existing one with the return label.
- Ship the package
Ship the package to the nearest Canada Post office. Find it here https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/fpo/personal/findPostOffice?LOCALE=fr
- Receive your refund.
After the item is received and processed, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method. The will be refunded within seven working days of receipt of the package.
Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to respect the deadlines and the procedure for the return.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost for the item (s). If we pay the return shipping costs (parcel only), the amount will be deducted from the refund.
It is your responsibility to use appropriate packaging to return the item and its original packaging as new.
Pre-orders
Deposits and items purchased during a pre-order campaign cannot be refunded. The item can be exchanged for another one available in the store or for an Aux 2 Pêcheurs gift card of an equivalent value. See campaign specific policy or contact us. Charges may apply.
When pre-ordering, the campaign's policy takes precedence over it.
